• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters that may affect the purchase decision beforehand, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before making a bid.
