• 🚙 Roadworthiness of a vehicle: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection beyond this period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the bid price, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
