The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 6/10/2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The foreclosed property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 6/10/2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, the buyer may be granted a payment period of six weeks for the remaining purchase price. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under Section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The buyer must apply for title within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer obtains the right of possession of the property when the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer may not use the property in a way that reduces its value before receiving the deed of sale. The buyer obtains ownership of the property upon receiving the deed of sale. The deed of sale will be handed over once the full purchase price has been paid and the sale has become legally final.
