The property is sold by open bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 30/09/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The Enforcement Officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the Enforcement Officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the bidding automaton. The bid must be submitted no later than 24/09/2026 at 16:15 either by post to the address of the Enforcement Authority, Ulosottolaitos, P.O. Box 1, FI-00067 Ulosottolaitos, or by delivering the written bid to the registry of the Oulu office at Oulun toimipaikka, Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu (open Mon–Fri 8:00–16:15), or by email to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The person submitting the written purchase bid is responsible for ensuring that the bid has been received by the stated deadline. A written purchase bid is binding, and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been attached and is sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. Once the payment is visible in the official funds account, the enforcement officer will issue a sales decision, which will be served on the parties concerned. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit:
If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless pay 20% of the purchase price immediately as a deposit.

Payment period:
If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sales decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest must be paid on the full purchase price for the entire payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The reference interest rate is currently 2.50%. If payment has not been made within the granted payment period, annual default interest will then be charged; it is currently 9.50%.

The object is sold by online auction with increasing bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 30/09/2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted in the auction has been submitted).
