The property is sold by ascending bid on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 30.09.2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding automaton. The bid must be submitted no later than 24.09.2026 at 16:15 either by post to the address of the Enforcement Authority: Enforcement Authority, P.O. Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority; by delivering a written bid to the registry of the Oulu office at Oulu office, Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu (open Mon–Fri 8:00–16:15); or by email to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The submitter of a written purchase bid is responsible for ensuring that the bid has arrived by the stated deadline. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Buyers are urged to familiarise themselves carefully with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the person who made the highest bid whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. When the payment is visible in the official funds account, the enforcement officer will issue a sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties concerned. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit:
Unless the full purchase price is paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless pay 20% of the purchase price immediately as a deposit.

Payment period:
If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sales decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest must be paid on the full purchase price for the entire payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period. The reference interest rate is currently 2.50%. If payment has not been made within the granted payment period, annual default interest will thereafter be charged, currently 9.50%.

If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The bid will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding automaton.
