The asset is sold by auction bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 7.9.-21.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 21.9.2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bid increment system. The bid must be submitted no later than 16.9.2026 at 16:15 either by post to the Enforcement Authority at Ulosottolaitos PL 1,00067 Ulosottolaitos, or by leaving the written bid at the Oulu office registry at Oulun toimipaikka, Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu (open Mon–Fri 8:00–16:15), or by email to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. The person submitting the written purchase bid is responsible for ensuring that the bid has arrived by the stated deadline. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to discontinue the sale or extend the sale period.

Terms of payment

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. When the payment is recorded in the official funds account, the enforcement officer will issue a sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties concerned. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless pay 20% of the purchase price immediately as a deposit.

Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sale decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest must be paid on the full purchase price for the entire payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted payment period, annual default interest will thereafter be charged, which is currently 9.50%.

Other information

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Object sales conditions

The object is sold by online auction with increasing bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 21.9.2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted for the auction has been made).

The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected. Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer reserves the right to close the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bid increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 16.9.2026 at 16:15 at the address Utsökningsverket / Uleåborg verksamhetsställe, Torikatu 30-40, 90100 Oulu or oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale through the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
