Enforced sale of a leisure property on the shore of Lake Lahnajärvi in Mikkeli, Mikkeli

The property will be sold by bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 26/8/2026 and 25/9/2026 at 14:00. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 25/9/2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid through the www.huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bid increment automation. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 24/9/2026 at 12:00 to:

The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed, and it must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com for which the bid is submitted.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer through a private sale, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property for sale.

Buyers are advised to carefully familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before submitting a bid.

An appeal concerning the sale and any act related to the sale or preceding it must be filed within three weeks from the date of the sale. Instructions for appeal are attached to the sale decision.
