The object is sold at an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 28.8.2026 to 18.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18.9.2026 at 13.00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the bidder of the highest offer whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer must pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. Once the payment is visible in the official funds account, the enforcement officer will issue the sale decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless pay 20% of the purchase price immediately as a deposit.

Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the sale decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest must be paid on the full purchase price for the entire payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted payment period, annual default interest will then be charged, currently 9.50%.

Obligations transferred to the buyer

Upon transfer of ownership of the property, the buyer must pay transfer tax of 3% on their own initiative before applying for title registration, and no later than six months after the deed of sale is executed. The buyer is responsible for the title registration costs and the transfer tax.

The State has a pre-emption right in the purchase of the property if acquisition of the property is necessary for ensuring national defence, border control or border security, or for monitoring or safeguarding territorial integrity (Act on the State’s pre-emption right in certain areas 29 March 2019/469).

Foreign nationals defined in the Act have the right to acquire property in the territory of the State of Finland only if a permit is granted for the acquisition (Act on the State’s pre-emption right in certain areas 29 March 2019/470).

The object is sold by online auction with increasing bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 18.9.2026 at 13.00 (or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted for the auction has been made).

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid is attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 17.9.2026 at 12.00 to the address Enforcement Agency / Kemi office, Valtakatu 28, 94100 Kemi. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale through the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
