Enforced sale of a semi-detached house share in Pori, Pori

The property will be sold by online auction with ascending bids at www.huutokaupat.com from 26.08.2026 to 20.09.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 20.09.2026 at 18.00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized property will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 26.08.2026 - 20.09.2026 at 18.00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest offer is to be accepted or rejected.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the offer that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest offer.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding automation. The offer must be delivered no later than 17.09.2026 at 12.00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

Om det inte är möjligt att lämna bud via tjänsten Huutokaupat.com, kan köparkandidaten lämna ett skriftligt bud till utmätningsmannen. Budet ansluts till nätauktionen som ett maximibud enligt höjningsautomaten. Budet ska lämnas i skriftlig form till utsökningsverket senast 17.09.2026 kl. 12.00 på adressen Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. Ett skriftligt bud är bindande och på det tillämpas samma villkor som i nätauktionen. Det skriftliga budet ska undertecknas och av budet ska framgå budgivarens kontaktuppgifterna, budets maximibelopp samt numret på det objekt i tjänsten Huutokaupat.com som budet gäller. Budgivaren måste identifiera sig för att kan lämna.
