Condition inspections carried out

On 2 July 2026, Insinööritoimisto Nikka Oy carried out a condition inspection of the site. The inspection report is attached. The inspection found, among other things, the following: “The yard area of the building is unfinished and final inspection has not been carried out. The building is in its original condition. The building suffered a water leak in winter 2026. The plumbing fixtures have been removed from use in this connection. Water has presumably also run out over the top of the foundation, as the surface of the foundation has crumbled at this point and the foundation was wet at the time of inspection in that area. The exact extent of the water damage is not known. The building is heated electrically and the heat is distributed through electric underfloor heating. The building has mechanical supply and extract ventilation with heat recovery. The property was built during a period when, in the main, all construction methods and instructions required by current building regulations were followed. Not all hidden damage possibly inside structures can be ruled out by the inspection procedure.”

Keys: If the previous owner does not hand over the keys or if the buyer wishes to change the locks, the buyer is responsible for the resulting costs.
