Terms of Sale

The property is sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 1 and 22 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 22 September 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.


The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.


If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding automation.


The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 21 September 2026 at 12:00 to the Joensuu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 80100 Joensuu, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.


Buyer’s liability for damages:

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a made bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for damages under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.


The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
