Bids are submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property
Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property in question, as well as the documents and records. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and reasonably assumed to affect the sale.

Completion of the sale
The property sale must be completed in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing meeting.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, the fee of the public trade witness, and title registration costs.

Withdrawing from the sale
A party refusing to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property, and other necessary actions related to the sale.
