Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to enter all bids into the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawing from the sale
A party that refuses to complete the sale must, on the basis of the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to the sale.
