Seized approx. 15.92 ha forest parcel in Lappeenranta, Lappeenranta

The property will be sold by upward bidding in an online auction hosted on www.huutokaupat.com during 16 July 2026 - 9 August 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 9 August 2026 at 18:15 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 6 August 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Lappeenranta office, Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
