Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by making an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

Seller's information

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale


The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed in the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price takes place before the signing. The buyer is responsible for the fee of the transaction certifier, title registration costs and any partitioning costs.

Other costs

The buyer shall pay the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the transaction must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
