Seized approx. 1.36 ha forest parcel in Lappeenranta, Lappeenranta

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 16 July and 9 August 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:30 on 9 August 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system performance. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Execution Act.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. Offers must be submitted no later than 12:00 on 6 August 2026 to the Enforcement Authority's Lappeenranta office, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.
