Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The person making an offer accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, a bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Conclusion of the sale

The purchase price must be paid before the signing event. The buyer is responsible for the certifier's fee, title transfer costs and subdivision charges.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
