Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on-site by making an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The person making an offer accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that may reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale


The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price must be paid before the signing of the deed. The buyer is responsible for the fee of the person who confirms the sale, title registration costs and any partitioning costs.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred due to advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.
