Seized holiday property in Lohilahti, Sulkava, Sulkava

The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 22 May 2026 and 14 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be received by post no later than 10 June 2026 at 12:00 at the Enforcement Authority's Savonlinna office, address Tottinkatu 9, 57130 Savonlinna, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: Sale number 9160000792).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Buyer’s liability to compensate: Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer compensation liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The property is seized and will be sold by public auction conducted by the bailiff, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot. Buyers are advised to inspect the lot, the brochure and the attached documents thoroughly before making an offer.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or against actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instructions will be attached to the sale decision.
