This property is subject to a reserve price. If the reserve price is reached, the seller commits to sell the property to the highest bidder. If the reserve is not met, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to current tax practice. The buyer undertakes to cover all costs relating to partitioning, registration of title and the preparation of the purchase deed.

Failure to complete the purchase

The party that refuses to complete the purchase must, under the law, compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary measures related to the purchase.
