The property is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 18 May 2026–8 June 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bid increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The written purchase offer must be submitted no later than 4 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at:

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the close of the auction the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and give detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by a free sale carried out by the bailiff in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
