• The main room floor is uneven around the stove, as is typical for an older building.

• Approximately 3,500 m² of the plot's woodland has recently been clear-felled; regeneration measures are the buyer's responsibility.

• The yard requires tidying.

• The fireplace has not been used since 2009, so sweeping and inspection are required before use. The stove has also settled and is leaning.
