The deadline for submitting bids ends on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under the Enforcement Code (Chapter 5, Section 25).

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the object number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. Submission of a written bid must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 10 June 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any charges arising from the transfer of connection contracts.

The seized property is sold by online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 14 June 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted for the auction has been placed.

If it is not possible to place a bid via huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 10 June 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
