The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 29 May 2026 and 12 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 12 June 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum automatic raise. The written offer must be delivered in writing no later than 11 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address below:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the www.huutokaupat.com listing number to which the offer applies.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the bailiff, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property.

Buyers are urged to familiarise themselves carefully with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

An appeal against the sale or any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are appended to the sales decision.
