Seized holiday property in Mäntyharju, Mäntyharju

The property is sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 1 June 2026 and 15 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline is 15 June 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via www.huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the offer's maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The assets are attached and sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

An appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.

If bids cannot be made via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid through the automatic bidding system. A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number in Huutokaupat.com to which it relates.
