Terms of Sale

The lot is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 13 May 2026 and 15 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 15 June 2026 at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment.
