The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 26 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The remaining purchase price may be paid within three weeks. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the entire purchase price for the payment period. The annual rate under section 3(2) is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer. The written bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the auction's automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 24 June 2026 at 12:00 to the address below:

A written bid is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The asset is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction conditions set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making an offer.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration (lainhuuto) within six months from the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration, unless exempt from the transfer tax.

The buyer will acquire ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed over only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
