Three foreclosed jointly mortgaged properties in Kaiturinpää, Ruokolahti, Ruokolahti

The lot is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 13 May and 15 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 15 June 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an entered bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid for the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 11 June 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

The enforcement agency is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the one the provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
