Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a professional inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not apparent at listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, associated documents and any company records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final. Please check items carefully before purchase, including any matters relevant to the purchase such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle-related tax, registration and inspection details via the public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please note this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions before bidding.
