Goods are sold from use or storage and have been photographed for the sales notice by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot and any company documents and records before placing an offer. The buyer may not later refer to a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item has no seller-provided warranty, exchange or return right. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you have bids on several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check any related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the machine, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles on sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the original offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
