• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders are obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or right of return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if there are several winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resale price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
