• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold as used, in their current state. The goods are from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing and has not been examined by a professional inspector, so hidden defects not visible at the time of listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises, company documents and other papers related to the lot before placing a bid. A buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The items are sold without any warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value‑added tax (VAT); VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects and missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Please always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the lot and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
