For sale: the Koivu property located on the shore of Lake Tohmajärvi, with a leisure house and a separate sauna building. Property identifier 848-402-2-360. Plot size approx. 0.2720 ha (about 2,720 m²).

The leisure house is suitable for winter use. Both the leisure house and the sauna are right by the shoreline. Officially the plot does not reach the water; there is foreshore land not belonging to the plot between the plot and the shore. The property will be vacated by agreement, approximately two weeks after completion of the sale.
