Items have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a professional inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, and any company documents and records, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before buying, always verify any related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-unpaid vehicles.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
