Seized detached house property in Varkaus, Varkaus

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during 7 May 2026–28 May 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28 May 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will separately decide to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision may take more than two days.

Offers made in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer according to the automatic increase mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 26 May 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written offer is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount offered and the online auction item number to which the offer relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are urged to ensure their contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. As a rule, the buyer and new owner will be the person whose offer in the online auction is accepted. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The property is seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with the general auction terms laid down where applicable in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal against the sale and any act relating to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.
