The school complex consists of two wooden buildings; school operations ceased in 2016. The buildings, completed in 1913 and 1927, are of regional and educational-historical significance. The purchase price is paid at the signing of the contract. The fee for the certifying official is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the purchase

A party who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
