Terms of offer 

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer.

The winner of the auction must provide and have approved by the landlord a description of the activities to be carried out on the premises.

Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the tenancy.

Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable notification of the rental decision.

Offers 
The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division reserves the right to request additional information and clarifications from bidders and to reject all offers. All bidders will be informed of the tenant selection.

Bidding period   

The bidding period starts on 23 March 2026 and ends on 22 April 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids must be made in the Huutokaupat.com service by the specified time. The property can only be rented to a bidder who has made a bid recorded in the system.

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. The City of Helsinki is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

Offers submitted to the online auction are binding.

Conditions for acceptance of an offer 

Acceptance of an offer and conclusion of the lease require that the tenant has no adverse credit entries and that neither the tenant, the tenant's owner nor any party controlling the tenant is subject to sanctions by the European Union or the UN. By making an offer the tenant confirms they meet these conditions.

Inspection of the property 

The property is rented in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of signing the contract. Bidders must inspect the property and the documents before making a binding offer. The tenant may not later claim matters that could have been observed during the inspection. By submitting a bid the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

Conclusion of the lease 

The deposit must be paid in full, and the lease must be signed no later than one month from the date the decision notice is sent to the tenant, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.
