Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

The person making the highest bid must pay a deposit of €3,000 within two (2) days of the seller accepting the bid.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records before making a bid. The buyer cannot later refer to matters that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and the share transfer take place at the signing meeting.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must pay the other party a standard compensation of €2,500.
