Conclusion of the sale
The land and buildings at Pitäjäntuvantie 4 and the old log building (floor area approx. 30 m²) will be sold by real estate purchase deed in the form required by the Land Code. Two-thirds of the seller’s accepted purchase price will be allocated to the buildings at Pitäjäntuvantie 4 and to the land of the whole property. Purchased connections for electricity, water and sewer will transfer to the buyer against payment of the purchase price at completion.
A separate share purchase agreement will be prepared for the entire share capital (1–1,500) of Kiinteistö Oy Keuruun Keuruuntie 5 (inter-company Koy) and the share transfers will be made on paper share certificates after payment of the purchase price.
