Inspection of the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. Statutory fees arising from the sale are payable by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the purchase

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Code of Land, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the sale.

If the sale fails due to the bidder's fault, the seller is entitled to a standard compensation of 4% of the auctioned price, with a minimum compensation of €1,000.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
