Viewing the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themself with the property, the documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer may not afterwards rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information that the seller knows and that can be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, viewing the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.

The seller has the right to reject the highest bid.
