Payment of the purchase price will take place at the signing. The fee for the certifying officer will be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale
A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred by advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
