The lot is sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 22 April 2026 and 8 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 8 May 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system.

The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may send a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic incrementer. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 7 May 2026 at 12:00 to:

A written offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by distraint in an open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, following, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to inspect the property, sales brochure and attached documents carefully. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the item for sale. Buyers should therefore examine the property before making a bid.

The buyer is obliged to pay transfer tax of 1.5%. The tax is calculated on the total of the purchase price and any liabilities transferred to the buyer as at the date of transfer of title.
