The property is seized and will be sold by private sale arranged by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms set out in the Code. Bids apply to the purchase price to be paid to the Enforcement Authority in full. The sales prospectus contains information on any loan shares, unpaid maintenance charges or other receivables for which the buyer will be liable or must pay to obtain possession of the flat.
