Seized property, Pöytyä (Pöytis), Loimaa

The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 23 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay may lead to buyer liability under chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose winning bid is accepted.

A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act accrues on the whole purchase price for the payment period. The annual rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50% p.a.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The written offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic-bidding system. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to examine the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents carefully. The sales prospectus is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property; buyers should inspect the property before making an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must declare and pay the transfer tax no later than when applying for title registration, unless exempted from the transfer tax.

Ownership of the property and the deed will be transferred to the buyer only after the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
