Terms of Sale

The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 02 April 2026 and 23 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23 April 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.


The seized object is sold through an online sale on www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs 02 April 2026 – 23 April 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.


Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.


The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.


The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.


If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori by 21 April 2026 at 12:00. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
