Buildings A and B were built in 1973–1975. The care unit was formed by combining and extending the buildings in 1997–1998.

The building's gross floor area is 1,015 m2 and the volume is 3,250 m3.

The building is single-storey, timber-framed, with a sheet-metal roof and wood‑panel cladding.

The building has water-circulated radiator heating, under a heat supply agreement with a local heat producer.

The building has an automatic fire alarm and extinguishing system (sprinklers).

The building is located in a detailed plan area, designation AR1 e=015

The property contains 15 apartments:

·         Section B: 6 apartments, sizes 33–62 m2, total 312 m2

·         Section C: 9 apartments, sizes 19–29 m2, total 211 m2

Access to the apartments in section B is from outside; access to the section C apartments is from internal corridors.
