Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. By making a bid and paying the bid, the bidder accepts the terms of sale.

Inspection of the property
Before submitting an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can reasonably be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the buyer's responsibility.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
