Terms of offer 

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. 

The winner must submit and have approved by the landlord a description of the activities to be carried out in the premises. 

Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the lease. 

Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable notification of the letting decision. 

Offers 
The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to request additional information and clarifications from bidders and to reject all offers. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection. 

Offer period 

The offer period begins on 1 February 2026 and ends on 28 February 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer. Offers (bids) must be made in the Huutokaupat.com service by the stated time. The property can only be rented to a bidder who has registered an offer in the system. 

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. It is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the one the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. 

Online auction offers are binding. 

Conditions for acceptance of an offer 

Acceptance and conclusion of the lease require that the tenant has no adverse entries in credit information and that neither the tenant nor the tenant's owner or controlling party is subject to sanctions by the European Union or the UN. By making an offer the tenant warrants that these conditions are met. 

Viewing the property 

The property is rented as seen and with the fittings stated in the advertisement and at the time of signing the agreement. Bidders are obliged to inspect the property and documents themselves before making a binding offer. The tenant cannot later claim defects that could have been observed during the inspection. By submitting an offer the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is. 

Concluding the lease 

The deposit must be paid in full and the lease signed no later than one month after the notification sent to the tenant of the decision, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.
