Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The bidder accepts the terms of sale by placing a bid.

Inspection of the property
The bidder is obliged before submitting an offer to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the inspection.

Seller's information

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the buyer's responsibility.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the prevailing tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase shall, pursuant to the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
